I don't have any massage chair show rooms near me so I made the 2 and half hour trip to Atlanta to visit True Life. I ended up spending about 4 or 5 hours there trying out numerous different brands of chairs. Kristy was an immense help in trying to figure out which chair worked the best for me. I did end up making a purchase that day. The chair had to be ordered but Kristy communicated very well with me. It didn't take long for the chair to arrive and Kristy worked with me to have it delivered. The two guys that brought it to my house carried it upstairs and set it up while paying very close attention to making sure they didn't damage the chair or anything in my house. I was very impressed! Would definitely recommend True Life and Kristy if you are considering purchasing a massage chair.

No pressure even though I visited multiple times for multiple hours. White glove service was good and pricing was competitive. I bought a relatively small-volume chair special order and they were respectful of my communication preferences and regularly updated me and answers questions very promptly during standard business hours. Very knowledgeable. They also have a house brand that seemed to be a good value at the mid and upper end but didn't have a specific niche feature that mattered a lot to me. Notably has upper-end Loraco, Infiniti, Osaki, Panasonic, and Inada on the floor to try.

After doing research, I purchased an open box chair from True Life Massage Chairs, Duluth GA. Kristy answered all my questions about several chairs I was interested in. After I had decided on the open box chair she sent me detailed photos so I could see the condition of the chair was perfect. The entire transaction was done by text, email and phone since I live about 1200 miles away. I could not be happier with my purchase. The chair has exceeded my expectations. In May 2020 I had a serious accident that I am still recovering from and within only a few days I've noticed that the chair is helping. Today at PT my therapist noticed a difference too. The foot and leg portion is much better than I had hoped for. I've only done 6 of the 23 preprogrammed massages, but intend to do them all before choosing my favorites. My daily habit now is to do a new preprogrammed massage followed by one I've already done and like a lot. Thank you Kristy for all your help.
