It didn't take long for the chair to arrive and Kristy worked with me to have it delivered. The two guys that brought it to my house carried it upstairs and set it up while paying very close attention to making sure they didn't damage the chair or anything in my house. I was very impressed! Large selection from most vendors and has stuff on the floor noone else does in the area and maybe the state. Carries a lot of inventory. No pressure even though I visited multiple times for multiple hours. White glove service was good and pricing was competitive. I bought a relatively small-volume chair special order and they were respectful of my communication preferences and regularly updated me and answers questions very promptly during standard business hours. Very knowledgeable. They also have a house brand that seemed to be a good value at the mid and upper end but didn't have a specific niche feature that mattered a lot to me. Notably has upper-end Loraco, Infiniti, Osaki, Panasonic, and Inada on the floor to try.
